By delivering an end to end service, we’re able to continually add value to our customers.
We are now looking to expand our pool of IT Trainers. We are looking for talented and experienced IT Trainers in a wide range of IT subjects. As a minimum you will have an excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Office 365 and Excel and will be comfortable delivering from beginner to advanced levels. We would be particularly interested in experienced SharePoint trainers as demand in this topic has grown greatly amongst our customers.
We’d be interested in hearing from Associate / Freelance IT Trainers or those considering part time permanent roles.
You may have a formal training qualification, or you may be qualified by experience. Either way, you will be able to demonstrate a passion for systems and IT and a commitment to your own continuous professional development. Your style will be relaxed but enthusiastic and you will be open to using technology to deliver training sessions via Zoom or Ms Teams.
Applicants who have been involved in system roll outs, training end users on site and floorwalking to assist with embedding new technologies will be of particular interest.
If you are passionate about technology and can demonstrate an innovative approach to technical training we’d love to hear from you. We are not looking for ‘run of the mill’ deliverers, we need our Trainers to work creatively with our clients to empower their employees through technology. A high percentage of our training is ‘bespoke’ to some degree so we need to work with trainers who are subject matter experts and who can flexibly adapt course content and delivery style to meet the needs of individual clients.
Most of our training activity takes place in South Wales although we do deliver across the UK. All equipment is provided along with a supportive ‘back office’ team who manage all course administration and booking.
