Everyone hates spam emails… so get rid of them!

Here’s how you can block a specific sender or simply create a rule to move a reoccurring message straight to a folder

This weeks tech tip was how to block a sender who is sending you spam emails, and how to move a specific type of email to a folder:

  1. Open Outlook and head to the ‘Rules’ tab at the top of the window
  2. Select ‘Create Rule’
  3. Then choose your variations for the rule you are creating
  4. Or head to ‘Junk’ at the top of the Outlook Window
  5. And select what you want to happen to the sender
