John Liscombe Ltd have been operating since 1873 and are based in Newport, South Wales. They specialise in personal protective clothing and they work with clients in blue chip industries. We’ve been providing proactive IT support to them for over 10 years.
Our previous support company had a very poor response time to queries and were based in London so getting an engineer here always took half a day. We also wanted a proactive IT support company who would ensure we were ahead of the game, not playing catch up, the previous company did not make any suggestions to improve our current infrastructure.

Good customer services & communication skills on the IT helpdesk and a proactive approach to new technology balanced with not spending an absolute fortune
Customer services and communication skills are brilliant. Response times to urgent queries are very good.
What kind of improvements has the service made to your business?
I think we have only had critical downtime during working hours once, on a planned server upgrade since we have worked with EIT (over 10 years) which speaks for itself.
