Why did you require assistance from Excellence IT?
“We had been supported by a local Company for many years but got to know the Directors of Excellence IT (Andy & Andy) in 2014. Some of the clients we work with were supported by Excellence IT and they all had good things to say about them. We therefore decided to engage in talks with the Excellence Team. Initially on some small projects before moving to a full IT Support contract with them in 2016. Right from the engagement with Excellence following their on-boarding processes they presented at our staff annual meeting introducing themselves to the whole organisation giving everyone a chance to meet & more importantly question our new Supplier. Since then our relationship has gone from strength to strength.”

“The entire Excellence Team know our staff/IT systems and challenges. They understand the deadlines we have to work to as a business. They are always polite/understanding and will do all they can to resolve our issues in a timely manner. This is not always possible and even if they cannot resolve the issue they “own” it and see it through to resolution.”
“Since taking over support in 2016 Excellence have carried out a major Infrastructure upgrade project, not only delivering new Servers/Operating Systems but also rolling out new versions of our Business Critical Applications.
This project was in progress for approximately 16 months and was run by Excellence IT. It has been a huge success with very little downtime for the organisation. We now have an IT Partner totally engaged with our Business.”
